Day - By - Day Itinerary:
Experience the charm of Hanoi, Danang, the scenic impressive sight of Halong Bay, the ancient capital of Hue, the charming Hoi An, Nha Trang, the vibrant Ho Chi Minh City.
This is a wonderful trip designed for those who want to experience the very best of Vietnam, but only have limited time.
Day 01: Ho Chi Minh City – Dalat (L, D)
AM: Pick up at your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City at approx 6.00am ~ 6.30am. We start to drive 305km from Saigon to Dalat. Arrive in Dalat at 12.00. Check in hotel. Have lunch at the restaurant.
PM: We enjoy exciting city tour to visit crazy house, Bao Dai Palace, Valley of Love, Tuyen Lam Lake (Lake of Sigh), Linh Son Pagoda. Have dinner at the restaurant. Stay overnight at hotel in Dalat.
Day 02: Dalat – Nhatrang (B, L, D)
AM: Have breakfast at hotel. At 7.00am we start the trip to Nhatrang (130km). Arrive in Nhatrang at 10.00am. The crews welcome guests on board from Nhatrang wharf. Have boat trip to visit 03 islands in Nhatrang Bay. Mun Island: Swimming and snorkelling for beholding various kinds of multi – colourful corals and fishes. Mot Island: Having lunch with seafood, joining floating bar for heart to heart animating game. Mieu Island: Visiting the fishing village for learning the way of raising groupers, lobsters…
PM: Get back to Nhatrang city. Check in your hotel. Have dinner at the restaurant. Stay overnight at hotel in Nhatrang
Day 03: Nhatrang – Quy Nhon (B, L, D)
AM: Have free time to relax in Nhatrang (swimming, shopping or walking…).
Have lunch at the restaurant.
PM: We transfer 250km from Nhatrang to Quy Nhon. Arrive in Quy Nhon at 18.00. Check in your hotel. Have dinner at the restaurant. Stay overnight at hotel in Quy Nhon.
Day 04: Quy Nhon – Hoian (B, L, D)
AM: Leaving Quy Nhon after breakfast, continue Northwards up Highway One to Hoian. Breaking the journey to visit My Lai Massacre Memorial near to Quang Ngai, arrive in Hoian at 13.00. Check in hotel and have lunch at the restaurant.
PM: Take a walking tour of the ancient town center, a major Asian trading port in the 17th and 18th centuries whose architecture and relaxed lifestyle has changed little over the years. Visit the former merchants 'homes, the 400 year-old Japanese Covered Bridge and the colorful markets. Have dinner at the restaurant. Stay overnight at hotel in Hoian.
Day 05: Hoian – Danang – Hue (B, L, D)
AM: Have breakfast at hotel, then drive 130km to Hue via Danang City. Stop at Lang Co Beach to relax. Arrival in Hue, we visit Khai Dinh Tomb & An Bang village “the village of Gosts”. Check in hotel & have lunch at the restaurant.
PM: Have a boat trip along Perfume River to visit Thien Mu pagoda. Then visit Royal Citadel which was constructed by Emperor Gia Long in the style of French military architect Vauban during the first decades of the 19th century. Have dinner & stay overnight at hotel in Hue.
Day 06: Hue – DMZ – Phong Nha – Dong Hoi (B, L, D)
AM: Driver to Dong Hoi via DMZ (Demilitarized Zone). It will take you back to the war sites, including: Dong Ha town, Quang Tri, Ben Hai River, Hien Luong Bridge. Have lunch at the restaurant.
PM: We start to drive along Ho Chi Minh trails. Take a boat trip on Son River to visit Phong Nha cave – system of cave which is reguarded as The Natural World Heritage by UNESCO included Cung Dinh Cave, Bi Ki and Tien Son cave. Have dinner & stay overnight at hotel in Dong Hoi.
Day 07: Dong Hoi – Ninh Binh – Hanoi (B, L)
AM: Breakfast at hotel. Check out hotel at 6.30am for long trip to Hanoi. Have lunch at the restaurant on the way in Thanh Hoa City.
PM: As soon as arrive in Ninh Binh, we will get on bamboo boats for the cruise on the river through the green rice paddy, which is surrounded by ranges of green limestone mountains. After 2 hours of the rowing boat trip in Tam Coc cave we continue to drive to Hanoi, arrival in Hanoi late afternoon.
