I finished my first tour to Vietnam and overall had a wonderful time. Your tour service was overall very good and helped in learning about your country for my first time. The tour was comprehensive and included the main sites of north, central and south Vietnam.
Rick and I were especially impressed by the flawless coordination during all times in our tour. The drivers were always punctual in picking us up whether at the hotel or for a tour.
Overall the hotel's were above average. I was rather disappointed in the Hotel we stayed at in Hanoi as the free breakfast was of a much lower quality of food than the other hotel's we stayed at.
Our tour on Jan 25 changed from the Perfume Pagoda to the Hoa Lu Ancient Capital. The tour guide we had for Hoa Lu and Tam Coc spoke english very poorly and we got little of what he told us about this ancient capital. He did not explain to us our tour agenda had changed. Most other tour guides spoke good english except for the one on Jan 25.
I hope this feedback will be of help. Overall the tour was very good and it made my first trip to Vietnam a "once in a life time experience."
