Moca Cafe Hanoi - Hanoi Restaurant Guide - Vietnam Travel Information

Add: 14-16 Nha Tho Hanoi
Tel: (84-4) 825 6334
Converted from an old French colonial convent, Moca Cafe has the only specialty coffee roaster in all of Hanoi. What's unique about Moca Cafe is that while the other cafes try to attract foreign visitors by using imported furniture and decoration, Moca Cafe is 100% local. The marble table top comes from southern Vietnam. The tiles were made in the ceramics village right outside of Hanoi. And of course, the coffee beans are the finest arabica from the highlands of central Vietnam.

In addition to having the first and only specialty coffee roaster, Moca Cafe offers delicious Vietnamese and pan-Asian dishes. Try the Tandori Salman (seasonal) and the Southern Vietnam carmalized clay-pot fish. For dessert, try the homemade sorbets and ice cream (they use an old fashion ice-cream churner!), and of course, an espresso!
